Startups can’t access all raised funds immediately.
They must meet their declared business milestones. As an investor, you vote on each milestone — and your vote contributes to whether funds are unlocked.

What is Tokenized Equity?
Tokenized equity is a digital representation of real startup ownership — issued as a non-tradable ERC-20 token on the blockchain. Each token reflects your share in the company and is permanently linked to your investment record.
How Does Milestone Voting Work?
Startups define funding milestones during onboarding. When a milestone is reached, all investors are notified to vote. If 90% approve, the next stage of funds is unlocked. No approval = no release. You stay in control of how and when capital moves.
How Do I Track Fund Usage?
Your Investor Dashboard shows each startup’s progress, milestones, and voting status in real-time. You’ll see how much has been released, what’s pending, and what documentation the startup has provided to support their request.
Is My Investment Secure?
All transactions are executed via audited smart contracts, stored immutably on-chain. Token issuance, fund release, and voting cannot be altered or faked. Plus, investor data is protected with Supabase RLS, encryption, and role-based controls.
